Dexter Glasgow, CEO/FOUNDER
I am Dexter of the Glasgow family. The proud father of three children I was born on the
Caribbean twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. I am truly blessed to be one of the offspring
of Amphy Jackson and Bashana Evans. They were the progenitors of my family's bloodline
and its rich legacy. Amphy and Bashana were two among the many enslaved Americans
known today as "The Merikens" who fought for the British army in the War of 1812
between England and The United States. After the British victory over The United States, the
two gained their freedom and were awarded land on the Caribbean island of Trinidad.
My grandfather, uncles, and the public school system taught me several lines of trades, which
included tailoring, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and barbering, which I mastered. Upon
completion of my education, I migrated to the United States.
I was mentored by Andy Howell (President of Sidewalk University), Keith Green (President
of The United Way of Bergen County New Jersey), Arthur Thomas (Sales, Marketing, and
Tax Expert), Arthur Martin Sr. (Retired Lawyer), and Vincente Lopez (Investment Banker
and Insurance Agent). These men educated and advised me in the areas of Non-profit
development, Financial Investments, law, insurance products, trust and estate planning,
marketing, sales, and taxation. They inspired me to take private classes in the areas of
finance, law, insurance, estate planning, leadership, and private Bullion Banking.
I proudly owned a barbershop for 20 years, which kept me connected to the community that I
operated my business in. I would like to serve humanity and educate in the areas of law and
finance. I would like to empower my fellow men so they can make the right choices
regarding their finances and help them understand the letter and color of law. I have taught
private classes in alternative law and finance for the past 5 years, consulting privately in
estate planning, trust creation, and trust management. I volunteered at the City of East Orange
Recreational Planning Committee and the United Way during my spare time.
